Problem to Solve:
We knew from customer interviews and survey feedback that Blueprint Income customers were regularly referring friends and family. We were looking for a way to formally track and analyze those interactions, while incentivizing increased sharing.
Blueprint Income does not have a large growth and marketing budget, so the product and growth teams are always brainstorming creative solutions around increasing conversion.
